General conditions
 1.- Products

All products sold on this page are subject to possible price variations and characteristics without prior notice.

All the products present in Rallystore.net have been studied exclusively for the use in automobile competitions and only when it is specified, they conform to the indicated standards. Some countries prohibit the use of such products on public roads, except in the case of competitions officially recognized. If it is desired to install these products in vehicles that circulate on public roads we recommend to check in advance if they are accepted by the regulations of the country of registration of the vehicle. Rallystore declines all responsibility for the misuse of any of its products.

2.- Prices

All sales are made with a corresponding invoice. The prices include the corresponding taxes in each case and do not include the shipping costs, except for occasional promotions.

3. Shipping and delivery deadline

All shipments are made by urgent transport 24/48 hours for the Spanish mainland. In the case of the Balearic Islands, delivery is 72 hours. The maximum time of receipt of orders so that they can be sent on the same day will be 15:00. International shipments to the rest of the world are made by Post, Express Mail or Seur and the deadline depends on the country of destination. Claims for breakage or loss should be reported to the appropriate transport agency. Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are made by Post, the delivery time is between 4 and 7 days. Always check your order when picking it up and if you notice any kind of anomaly, reflect it on the note you sign when you receive the order. If it is not done in this way, there is no possible claim for damages in the transport.

4.- Forms of payment

    Transfer. If you choose the payment by previous transfer (or account entry) you will be provided with an account number to make the entry. Once verified will proceed to the preparation and shipment of your order by express shipping. This option takes one day shipping.
    Credit card. The payment through credit card is made through a payment gateway with secure server. At no time, any data corresponding to your card is stored in our database.
    Paypal
    Reimbursement Seur. The payment through this form has a 5% of the final amount of the purchase. This form of payment is only available for shipments and mainland Spain.

5. Returns

You have 14 working days from receipt of the goods to return the products according to the law of June 13, 2014 that applies throughout the European Union.

No refund is accepted without it being previously accepted by Rallystore. The return of the products will always be freight prepaid and with its original packaging. The refund of the purchase will be made once the merchandise is in our warehouses and has been verified. For more information, ask the return section in the upper bar.

6. Warranty

All products are guaranteed by the manufacturer. In the event of a breakdown, the official service of the brand will be used. Any tampering or repair by unauthorized personnel will invalidate the warranty.

The products destined to the competition have no guarantee, except manufacturing defect.

7.- Returns for wrong goods.

If you receive a product other than that requested, you have 14 days from the delivery of the order by the transport agency to communicate the error.

8.- Claims for merchandise insured and received with some defect.

Once received the order, it is available 24 hours to notify the transport agency of the breakage of the merchandise.
