The Monit Rally Q range is the new generation of tripmaster that has great ease of installation and use, and allows to obtain accurate and reliable information.
The Monit Rally Q-20 can work thanks to a traditional wheel probe, to an installation that collects data from the ABS sensor installed as standard in the car or to a specific installation that connects to the gearbox sensor or to the differential of Serie.
Broadly speaking, this tripmaster, an essential tool for any rally co-driver, allows the visualization of the total distance and the partial distance with the possibility of connecting a hand or foot control to reset.
Accurate distance counters
The Monit Q-Series 20 is equipped with two five-digit distance counters that can be quickly reset or adjusted up and down using the simple menu system. The counting direction (up or down) can be changed and the decimal point changes automatically to allow measurement of very large distances.
An external foot or hand switch can be connected to clear distances, change counting direction, or implement a freeze function.
Instant and average speed
Speed ??measurement system that allows you to see the current speed of the car in real time. The system uses an advanced algorithm that calculates a new speed value up to four times per second and results in a highly responsive speed display.
Calibration wizard
For a wheel sensor-based rally tripmaster (like the Monit Q-20) to perform at its best, it must be accurately calibrated. This may not be something you do very often, but when you do, you shouldn't have to deal with complicated calculations and confusing instructions. Using its unique menu-based interface, the Monit Q-Series trip meter guides you through the calibration process using simple on-screen instructions.
The Q Series also allows you to manually view and edit the calibration number (pulses per km / mile) directly, essential if you regularly change tire size or change the unit between vehicles.
Hand or foot control
Each Q-series tripmeter includes an input for a programmable foot or hand control that can be configured through the menu system to clear distance counters, change the counting direction, or freeze the display.
