Tripmaster Monit Rally G100 + with GPS function.

Monit Rally's G + range is the new generation of tripmaster, easy to install thanks to the integrated high-sensitivity GPS receiver (antenna sold separately), which provides more accurate and reliable information.

The chip and antenna use three satellite systems: GPS, Glonass, and Galileo, ensuring accurate information capture regardless of conditions: narrow valleys, tree-covered paths, urban canyons (when very tall buildings block the satellite's visibility ) ...

Monit Rally G + products can also work with a traditional wheel probe as an auxiliary element in the event of any GPS problem, or when it is not authorized in the competition.

How the GPS + wheel probe combination works

If a satellite signal is available, the Monit Rally works with GPS + only, eliminating the need for time-consuming calibration and the error caused by wheel spin. In the background, the GPS + software continually calibrates the wheel or speed sensor with GPS measurements.

If the satellite signal is lost, the GPS + software automatically switches to the wheel sonar signal as a reference and measurements will continue without interruption.

When the satellite signal is reestablished, the operation switches back to GPS without major problems and if there was no wheel probe connected, the unit would add the distance in a straight line between the place where the connection was lost and it recovers.

Accurate distance counters

The two independent five-digit distance counters of the Monit G-100 + can be quickly zeroed or preset to an initial value using the simple menu system.

The counting direction (up or down) can be changed and the distance can be adjusted up or down quickly using the hand or foot controller.

As the counter value increases, the decimal point adjusts automatically to allow measurement of very large distances.

Current, average and maximum speed

A powerful speed measurement system allows you to see the instant speed of the car. The system uses an advanced algorithm to produce a highly responsive display that updates quickly. A handy speed log lets you remember the maximum speed reached during a section of the rally.

Precision timing system

The built-in precision stopwatch eliminates the need to wear a stopwatch on your neck or on the dash, reducing clutter and weight. The handy timer is easy to start, stop and reset, and can also be controlled with a hand or foot controller for added convenience.

Measurement of the span

The G + series integrated timers start automatically when the vehicle begins to roll and stop once the programmed distance is reached.

Hand and foot control

Each Monit G-Series + odometer includes two command inputs that can be used as shortcuts for common tasks. Using the simple menu system, different tasks can be assigned to each switch depending on your particular needs. For example, one switch could be used to reset the partial distance while the other controls the stopwatch.

Selectable options are: clear partial counter, clear total counter, freeze screen, count up / down, pause counters, adjust distance up / down, backlight regulation and stopwatch control.
