The AK-1 Kart Body Protector is a high-performance, competition-oriented protector approved to FIA 8870-2018. karting NORM.
Ergonomically designed and constructed with weight saving materials. Super easy to wear as well as to put on and take off thanks to its innovative quick release lacing system and two adjustable elastic shoulder straps.
The AK-1 Kart Body Protector offers superior protection while being super lightweight and comfortable to wear.
- Chest protector made of high performance thermoplastic polymer with thermoformed padding.
- Ergonomically profiled for excellent fit.
- Rib protectors are made of a thermoset carbon fibre material with soft touch padding.
- Pre-curved to provide a snug fit without obstructing movement.
- Designed to minimise the distance between the seat and the back.
- Extremely easy to put on thanks to the quick lacing system.
